Data Governance

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This document defines how AgenticsPulse governs the collection, anonymization, protection, analysis, retention, and publishing of operational telemetry and research data.

This policy directly complements our Privacy Policy and Research Methodology. Our core standard is simple: we provide transparent aggregate metrics for systems engineering reproducibility without ever compromising security, confidentiality, or developer privacy.

1. Governance Scope

This policy governs data processed across four core technical domains:

  • Internal Engineering Telemetry: Runtime executions, step latencies, failure classifications, and token volumes recorded in our staging and production workflows.
  • Financial & Cost Models: Assumptions, formulas, and pricing snapshots utilized in our calculators and architectural write-ups.
  • Website Operations: Anonymous analytics, security headers, edge caching, and voluntary editorial inquiries.
  • Editorial Review & Validation: Internal research notes, API schema comparisons, and human verification trails.

2. Data Classification Categories

Public Technical Data
Vendor documentation, public model pricing pages, open-source git repositories, and publicly verifiable benchmarks.
Internal Engineering Telemetry
Empirical runtime observations from workflows we operate. Includes execution timestamps, step counts, error classifications (e.g., schema validation vs. timeout), and token consumption.
Aggregate Research Exports
Sanitized CSV or tabular summaries published for reproducibility, designed to expose structural trends while strictly excluding confidential payloads.
Operational & Communication Data
Server edge logs (Cloudflare proxy signals) and email correspondence submitted voluntarily by readers to our editorial desk.

3. Data Minimization & De-Identification

We strictly enforce data minimization. We do not intentionally capture, store, or publish:

  • API keys, bearer tokens, or password strings;
  • Confidential customer records or proprietary business payloads;
  • Personal user identities, private email lists, or raw IP addresses;
  • Internal production network topologies or private endpoints.

Hosting, CDN, security, and analytics providers may process IP addresses or approximate location for routing, rate-limiting, security, or analytics as described in our Privacy Policy. AgenticsPulse does not publish raw IP addresses or include them as public research fields.

Prior to releasing aggregate CSV exports (such as the 2026 AI Agent Telemetry export), all records undergo mandatory de-identification and schema sanitization. We publish derived aggregates rather than raw event streams to eliminate re-identification risks.

4. Security Controls & Example Hygiene

Security is treated as a primary engineering requirement. Our site is delivered via static edge nodes without a vulnerable backend database layer, protected by TLS 1.3 encryption and Cloudflare Zero Trust policies.

All tutorial code snippets, Docker Compose architectures, and configuration guides published on AgenticsPulse must use environment variables (e.g., ${POSTGRES_PASSWORD}) and provide companion .env.example templates. We forbid hardcoded secrets in published examples.

5. AI Assistance & Data Privacy

In our research and content preparation workflows, AI-assisted tools (such as our internal engine, Alpha) assist in organizing notes, comparing technical documentation, and checking arithmetic calculations.

We strictly forbid submitting proprietary customer credentials or confidential production payloads into external AI model prompts. AI outputs are treated as working drafts and require human review. Bambang Sugiarto retains direct personal accountability for all published conclusions. Read our Editorial Team page.

6. Retention & Archival Protocol

Aggregated telemetry exports and version snapshots supporting published articles are retained indefinitely to ensure historical verification and citation stability. We aim to remove transient operational logs when they are no longer needed for security, troubleshooting, correction, or legal purposes.

7. Incident Response Protocol

Suspected Exposure Reporting

If you suspect that any article, code block, or dataset on AgenticsPulse inadvertently exposes an active credential, unredacted payload, or security flaw, please contact us immediately:

📧 Security Contact: [email protected]

Where a credential exposure is confirmed, our priority is to limit exposure, rotate or revoke the credential where applicable, and document a material correction in our Correction Log.
