About Us

Most automation and AI tools look cheap at first. Then you scale them — and the bill explodes.

AgenticsPulse exists for independent builders, freelancers, and small teams who want the power of modern agentic systems without losing control of their costs or their data.

We write practical, no-hype guides on self-hosted automation, multi-agent frameworks, and real-world workflow architecture — so you can build systems that actually work and stay affordable.

Why We Started

In 2024–2025, many of us watched the same pattern: A promising Zapier or Make scenario starts at $20–30/month. Six months later it’s $200–400, full of brittle connections, and still missing the flexibility we needed.

We got tired of paying more for less control. So we started testing the alternatives seriously — self-hosting n8n, running local LLMs, building multi-agent workflows with CrewAI and LangGraph, and documenting what actually worked in production (and what didn’t).

AgenticsPulse is the public record of that work.

What We Focus On

  • Self-hosted automation (especially n8n)
  • Honest cost comparisons between Zapier, Make, and open-source tools
  • Practical multi-agent systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)
  • Privacy-first and secure self-hosting setups
  • Real migration strategies and architecture decisions

We prefer clear numbers, working examples, and step-by-step guidance over buzzwords.

Our Editorial Approach

Every major recommendation on this site comes from hands-on testing. When we say a setup costs under $15/month or that a certain framework handles state better, it’s because we’ve run it ourselves.

We do not accept payment for positive reviews. If a tool is sponsored, we will clearly disclose it. So far, we have not run any sponsored content. Our goal is simple: help you make better technical and financial decisions.
