Corrections & Updates

Last updated: October 9, 2026

AgenticsPulse is committed to maintaining high standards of engineering accuracy, transparent telemetry reporting, and verifiable technical instructions. This page explains our policy for investigating, documenting, and publishing material corrections and updates.

1. What We Correct

We investigate and issue corrections when published content contains a material factual, calculation, security, attribution, or disclosure inaccuracy. Examples include:

  • Technical & Code Errors: An inaccurate shell command, broken Docker Compose parameter, incorrect configuration snippet, or faulty formula.
  • Data & Calculation Discrepancies: An arithmetic error in token cost calculations, flawed benchmark telemetry aggregate, or misstated hardware specification.
  • Pricing & API Limits: A vendor API pricing tier, rate limit, or model context window that was materially inaccurate at the time of verification.
  • Source Attribution: A misattributed whitepaper citation, missing benchmark source link, or incorrect licensing statement.
  • Disclosure Inconsistencies: A missing or ambiguous referral/affiliate disclosure near a commercial recommendation.
  • Security Vulnerabilities: Any implementation instruction or code snippet that could introduce an avoidable security risk for developers.

2. Updates Versus Corrections

We draw a clear operational distinction between an ongoing update and a material correction:

  • Update: Reflects normal industry evolution over time—such as an AI provider adjusting token pricing, an open-source framework releasing a new major version, or our calculators adding new model weights. An update does not imply that earlier content was inaccurate when published.
  • Correction: Addresses information that was materially incorrect, misleading, or incomplete at the stated time of publication.

When a material correction is made, we do not quietly overwrite history. We append a dated correction notice directly within the affected article and record it in the public log below.

3. How to Report a Possible Error

We actively invite peer review and reproducible feedback from software engineers, systems administrators, and researchers.

Submission Protocol

Send an email to our editorial desk at [email protected] with the subject line [Correction Request]. Please include:

  1. The exact URL of the affected guide or tool.
  2. The specific paragraph, code snippet, table cell, or calculation.
  3. A technical explanation of why the stated information is inaccurate.
  4. Authoritative supporting evidence, reproduction logs, or official provider documentation.
  5. The date and environment in which you observed the discrepancy.

4. Review & Editorial Accountability

Every submitted report undergoes technical verification against primary sources, reproducible execution environments, or vendor API schemas.

Bambang Sugiarto holds final responsibility for evaluating claims, approving technical amendments, and publishing correction notes. While automated systems and AI research tools assist in comparing source revisions, all correction decisions require direct human validation. Review our Editorial Team and Research Methodology pages for complete procedural details.

5. Public Correction Log

To preserve transparency and archival integrity, all material corrections published across AgenticsPulse are documented here in chronological order:

No material corrections have been issued as of October 8, 2026. This public record will document any future material adjustments with timestamps, affected URLs, and rationale.
